M. Ramulu, CEO of Journalist Today TV Channel, has emerged as a distinguished figure in the media industry through hard work, determination, and perseverance. Rising step by step from humble beginnings, he has carved out a unique identity for himself in journalism and serves as an inspiration to today’s youth.

Born into a poor tribal family in Apayapalli village of Lingala Mandal in Nagarkurnool district, Ramulu is the second son of Muddavath Humla and Lakshmi. Despite facing numerous challenges in life, he remained committed to achieving his goals and steadily progressed toward success.

From an early age, Ramulu developed a keen interest in education as well as journalism. He completed his degree and Hindi Pandit training through dedicated effort and hard work. Motivated by a desire to raise awareness about social issues and bring public problems to light, he entered the field of journalism.

His journalistic career began with Prajasakti newspaper. He later served in various capacities, including District Staffer, RC In-charge, and Mandal Reporter, for several prominent newspapers such as Andhra Bhoomi, Andhra Prabha, Surya, Mana Telangana, and Aadaab Hyderabad.
In addition to excelling in print media, Ramulu also proved his talent in electronic media and rendered long years of service at Studio N. Presently, he resides in Achampet and serves as the CEO of Journalist Today TV Channel, operating across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad.

Drawing upon his vast experience in the media sector, Ramulu has guided and mentored hundreds of young journalists, helping them establish successful careers in journalism. Under his leadership, Journalist Today TV Channel has enjoyed government accreditation since 2018, a notable achievement for the organization.

Ramulu also made significant contributions to journalists’ welfare. He served for nearly a decade as the District General Secretary of the TUWJ-IJU in Nagarkurnool district, where he worked tirelessly for the rights and welfare of journalists. Through various movements and initiatives, he earned the respect and appreciation of the journalistic community.

His commitment to social service began at a young age. He founded the voluntary organization Praja Chaitanya, through which he organized numerous blood donation camps and free medical camps. He has consistently supported economically disadvantaged families and contributed meaningfully to community welfare.

Belonging to the Lambadi tribal community, Ramulu has actively participated in various movements advocating for tribal rights and development. He played a crucial role in bringing tribal issues and concerns to the attention of the government.
